A $250 deposit is required for new home construction/additions/improvements unless the $250 deposit is waived by the Architectural Committee for and addition and/or improvement plan. Deposit must be submitted with application and checks payable to Pinnacle Mountain Property Owners Association (PMPOA). Deposit is fully refundable if no violations occur. Violation will be determined by appropriate committee. Notification will be sent to lot owner within 30 days of infraction. Appeals must be presented to appropriate committee within 30 days of receipt of notification.

It is the homeowners responsibility to ensure that:
1. stored material is off all right-of-ways
2. trash is removed
3. that no damage occurs to the road
4. contractors are restricted from burning on site

I have read and understand the interpretation and clarifications of the Declaration of Covenants & Restrictions and Architectural Guidelines for the Pinnacle Mountain Property Owners Association.
