Architectural Committee Meeting
September 11, 2004
Attendees: Teresa Baum, Rick Baum, Ron Maddox,
Cindy Maddox, Robert Johnson,
Gail Ethington
The PMPOA Architectural Committee met on
September 11, 2004 at the home of Teresa
& Rick Baum in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Minutes of the July 17, 2004 meeting were
approved.
Robert Johnson was elected as the new Architectural
Committee Chairperson.
The focus of this meeting was to work on
developing guidelines as related to our association's
restrictions & covenants. Four topics
were chosen to discuss:
1) Tree removal
2) Home appearance
3) Building materials
4) Signs
Discussion notes will be typed in draft form
by the Secretary and refined by the committee
members at our next meeting. Remaining restrictions
will also be discussed.
The next meeting will be held on October
30th, 2004 at the home of Ron & Cindy
Maddox.
