UP COMING PROJECTS FOR 2008

ROAD SIGNS
The road committee reported to the board at our last meeting that the Association is starting to have a lot of traffic on the roads late at night on Sunday and the weekdays. It does not seem to be from property owners or their guess. The ones who live up here on Pinnacle Mountain usually have to get up out of bed and go find out who it is. Most of them we have stopped did not know it was a private road. Our suggestion was to put up a few signs letting them know this is a private road. This will not keep thieves out but it will let honest people know to stay off our roads.
Sign locations
1. The entrance to PMPOA (The wood guardrail)
2. The side road coming into Pinnacle Pkwy between Queens Gap Property and Lot 14
3. The side road coming into Pinnacle Pkwy between Lots 18 and 20
